The Choctaw Gaming Commission

We also regularly do work for the Choctaw Gaming Commission, the regulatory agency which oversees casino/gaming activities on the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians reservation. This work includes advising the Choctaw Gaming Commission on:

• Compliance with tribal and federal Indian law
• Issuance of gaming licenses and work permits
• Drafting and implementing of regulatory provisions

At the request of the Commission, we also conduct investigative hearings and hearings on patron complaints.
