Poteat Lutken is a shareholder in Wise Carter’s Jackson office and has been a member of the firm since 2014.

Po focuses on commercial transactions, construction law, and corporate finance. His practice centers on developing and negotiating construction contracts, including large-scale engineering, procurement, construction agreements, and advising his clients in the public utilities and energy sector in ongoing contract administration and dispute management. Po also serves as the firm’s Secretary/Treasurer and as a member of the firm’s Board of Directors.

Po and his wife, Blann, live in Jackson with their two sons, Win and Billy. Po is active in the Jackson community as a member of the North Jackson Rotary Club and serves on the Advisory Council of the Downtown Jackson Partners.
