Mike Wallace Wins at the Mississippi Supreme Court
Congratulations are in order for Mike Wallace, who provided pro-bono counsel for charter school parents during a recent Mississippi Supreme Court win.
The Mississippi Justice Institute, who represented the group of parents, intervened on a 2016 lawsuit that argued that the Charter School Act of 2013’s funding mechanism was unconstitutional. The court held that the mechanism was constitutional.
